Payment Terms
Once your booking is confirmed by the company, you can only make payments through the bank account provided by the company.
Please make payment within the specified timeframe to confirm your stay. If payment is not received within the deadline, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.
After payment, please send proof of transfer along with your booking name and phone number via LINE/Facebook or email to panarksorn@gmail.com and wait for verification.
Once the company has verified the payment, a Booking Confirmation/Voucher will be sent to you within business hours. This voucher must be presented to the accommodation upon check-in.
The prices quoted are net prices as specified in the quotation or booking confirmation, unless additional terms and conditions are stated in writing.
Changes or cancellations to bookings are subject to the policies of each hotel or accommodation, which will be communicated to the customer before booking confirmation.
The company reserves the right to refund or change terms and conditions according to the terms and conditions of the hotel or service provider.

เมื่อได้รับการยืนยันการจองจากบริษัท ลูกค้าสามารถชำระเงินผ่านบัญชีธนาคารที่บริษัทแจ้งไว้เท่านั้น

กรุณาชำระเงินภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด เพื่อยืนยันสิทธิ์การเข้าพัก หากเกินกำหนด บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกการจองโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า

เมื่อบริษัทตรวจสอบยอดเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว จะจัดส่ง Booking Confirmation / Voucher ให้ลูกค้าภายในเวลาทำการ เพื่อใช้แสดงแก่ที่พักในวันเช็คอิน

ราคาที่แจ้งเป็นราคาสุทธิ ตามรายละเอียดที่ระบุในใบเสนอราคาหรือใบยืนยันการจอง เว้นแต่จะมีการแจ้งเงื่อนไขเพิ่มเติมเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร

การเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยกเลิกการจอง เป็นไปตามนโยบายของโรงแรมหรือที่พักแต่ละแห่ง ซึ่งจะแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบก่อนทำการยืนยันการจอง

บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนเงินหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขตามข้อกำหนดของโรงแรมหรือผู้ให้บริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
