Rosta – Rubber Spring TENSIONERS

Proper Belt Tension Is Maintained, and Chain Slack,
Vibrations, and Impacts Are Automatically Absorbed

The tensioner basically consists of the ROSTA suspension unit and an arm pre-mounted to its core, and the shell is flange-shaped. It can be mounted with just one center bolt, and can maintain the proper belt tension and absorb the chain slack. It can be easily mounted to a conveyor belt scraper, pressure roller, or other equipment.

There are three types of Tensioners

1. SE Models
These are tensioner units that integrate a metal arm with the inner shell and the outer shell with a flange. They can be mounted with a single center bolt. They can be used for an assortment of applications, such as scrapers for conveyor belts or pressure rollers in machinery.

Basic Specifications :

• Torque load range : 0 N to 2600 N
• Operating temperature : -40℃ to 80℃

2. RSE Models
These are belt tensioners that combine an SE tensioner with an aluminum alloy roller. They can be used in standard belt, timing belt, flat belt and other belt tensioners or in pressured rollers of conveyor belts and the like.

Basic Specifications :

• Torque load range : 0 N to 2600 N
• Operating temperature : -40℃ to 80℃

3. NSE Models
These are chain tensioners that combine an SE tensioner with a sprocket idler.In addition to use as chain tensioners, they can be used as riders of chain conveyors.

• Torque load range : 0 N to 2600 N
• Operating temperature : -40℃ to 80℃
