Product introduction

Rapping & Filtration system products
- Diaphragm Valve
o Used for dusting off the surface of the Filter Bag
o Diaphragm is opened by the movement of solenoid coil, instantly (0.1-0.9sec) large amount of compressed air is discharged at one.
- Air Header (all-in-one- type valve)
o Air header and diaphragm valve are manufactured all in one. Solve assembly and installation in one operation.
o Down-sizing of inlet pipe, removal of projection increase valve efficiency (over 10-15%)
- Enclosure & Components
o Dust-proof and damp-proof functions by the separation of solenoid coil from the diaphragm valve.
o Pilot Solenoid Valve – Main components of diaphragm valve
- Bag Cage (Retainer)
o Role of maintaining the form of bag in the filter bag.
o Can produce products with various diameters and lengths within the shortest period for the customers’ order specifications
- Filter Bag
o Used as a filtration medium for the dust collection facility.
o Special filter media of diverse materials is used depending on types of dust and application conditions (such as temperature, moisture, size of particles etc.)
o Used for dust removal over 10um
- Cartridge Filter
o Used mainly for small portable dust facilities.
o Used when a large filtration space is required at a narrow installation place.
o Filtration speed & rapping system air pressure are lower than those of filter bag.
- Connector
o Upon connection of pipes, connect without separate parts & tools
o Insert pipe to both sides of the connector, join the nut, then the packing inside is adhered and plays fixing & sealing roles.
- Coil Cover
o With Poly Carbonate material, excellent in heat resistance, acid resistance and burst resistance.
o Cost is saved without need of a separate rain-cover.
- Venturi
o Enhancing the flow and velocity of the air to the nozzle attached at the top of Bang Cage.
o It disperses pressure which is concentrated at the top of the bag, and the longer the bag, the more essential products.

- Control System
o Multi Timer Controller
o A differential pressure measurement method
o Diaphragm Valve movement controlled by control type IC.
o Control valve operating quantity, on-time and off-time, controlling max. 100 ea valves.
- Rotary Valve
o Keep sealing of tank type lower part, quantitative emission valve.
o Minimize maintenance cost using permanent casting body.
o Choose blade tolerance and shape by kind and characteristic of the dust.
- Screw Conveyor
o Directly attach to lower part of the tank type or to rotary valve lower part to use for quantitative feed.
o Used for move at the place with a high inclination.
- Damper
o Flow control and block mounted to pipeline (air, gas)
o Prevent reflux by air influx and smooth release of dust attached to the lower part of dust collector.
- Slide Gate
o Use for blocking the part in which general open-close valve is not usable.
o A role of blocking and sealing at the lower part of the dust collector etc.
- Flow Chain Conveyor
o Chain conveyor continuously carrying by chain with attachment in airtight casing.
o Mainly apply to horizontal feed & minor slope.
- Bucket Elevator
o Mainly use for carrying on vertical & large slope, and it is called bucket elevator because of transportation buckets mounted on the chains.
- Pug Mill / Pin Agitator
o A machine mixing plasticity substance evenly by rotating 1 to 2 shaft(s) with helical blade in the airtight casing.
o Excellent powder-mixing effect and long service life.
- Mano Meter (Dwyer)
o Attached to the body of a dust collector.
o Used to measure the differential pressure between the top and bottom of the punching plate.
o Strong for polluted air by adopting diaphragm method.
