Our Villas are located Layan Beach, in the north of Phuket. The villa community is suitable for families, small groups of friends and couples; villas are located away from the hustle and bustle of noisy tourist spots but near enough to fully enjoy Phuket’s night life, beaches and attractions.
The Excellent swimming beach of Layan is just two minutes away (1,8 Km) from. A drive of less than 5 minutes will take you to Thai and International Restaurants, Laguna Golf Course and Nikki Beach Club.
About the Villa:
Each villa shares a beautifully designed and recently-completed Tropical-modern compound with other ten villas being part of Villa Sunpao Resort. Villas are designed in L-shape around the swimming pool consisting of one main Master Bedroom connected to a cozy living and dining area. The property has been designed and built to provide an extraordinarily beautiful look. The spacious and elegantly designed swimming pool is one of the main features of this property, finished in the traditional Andaman dark blue ceramic tiles, with chromotherapy lighting providing an elegant and romantic atmosphere in the evening.
Living, Kitchen and dining area:
In each villa there is a 3 seats sofa and a dining table seating 6 and perfect to entertain guests. In the living area there is LCD television with satellite receiver to enjoy international news programs, sports and movie channels. The open kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, climate-controlled refrigerator, 4 rings ceramic hob, hood, microwave, glasses, crockery and cutlery, etc.
Bedrooms:
Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with individual cabinet, safety box and tastefully decorated with original paintings and local art crafts.
