HDP-6000 multi-channel preamp is
designed for easy operation. You can use the included remote control to operate this preamp.
With this preamp you can use it in 2 channelstereo or 6 channel home theater system. The
multi-channel systems include but not limited to SACD, DVD Video and DVD Audio. The
amplifier circuits in this preamp use the current feedback topology. This topology is well known
for its high bandwidth property. It also provides high resolutionand low distortion. The amplifier
circuits are built in modular format. Each channel is on ampmodule. So future upgrading is easily
done. The power supply is the high-end Dual Tracking type dedicated for each channel.
We use two toroidal transformers for analog and didital control separately resulting in low
noise performance. There is also AC Line Filter to help reduce AC line noise coming into the
preamplifier. For user who needs balanced input and output circuit we also have these builh-
in. The components used in the preamp are of high grade type. For example the volume
control is ALPS 6-gang motor drive type. The resistors are 1% metal film type. Capacitors
are WIMA brand and all input and output jacks are of gold plated types
