ข้อมูลทั่วไป / Overview:
  • ใช้สำหรับเชื่อมต่อกับ Step Driver Board โดยผ่านทาง Green Connector 5 Pins หรือ Modular RJ-11-F, 6 Pins
  • ใช้สำหรับเชื่อมต่อ Step motor โดยผ่านทาง Terminal 5 Pins
  • รับสัญญาณ Step phase A, B, C, และ D
  • ใช้ความต้านทานเซรามิคจำกัดกระแสเข้าสู่ Step motor
  • วิธีคำนวน Rload เช่น Step motor VEXTA 2-PHASE, 1.8 DEGREE/STEP, DC 6V, 1.2Amp ให้ MOV = 12V, Rload = (12-6)V/1.2A >= 5 Ohm, Watt on Rload >= 1.2^2x5 >= 7.2 Watt.
  • MOV, Power to Motor Link: 5-60VDC, 15Amp /Phase เพื่อป้อนให้กับ Step motor โดยตรง ระวังการป้อนกลับขั้วไฟฟ้า

ข้อมูลจำเพาะ / Specifications:
  • Support KCAM4, MACH Series, NINOS, TurboCNC etc.
  • Uni-polar step driver design.
  • Resolution 1, ½ micro stepping output, program selected by DIP S/W
  • Suitable for 6, or 8 wire step motors
  • Maximum 60VDC, 15 Amps/phase step motor output
  • Power save mode, when time pass 3 min; the step driver board will off step motor power, program select by DIP S/W
  • Standard 10 Ohm, 10W Resistance load current limit 1.2Amp at MOV = 12VDC.
  • Emergency stop function for emergency stop, will stop all 6 axis port, Normally Close to GND.
  • Printer IO board design as buffer follower port. Non invert or invert signal by change buffer IC. 74HC244 or 74HC240. Limit, Home, or Stop Signal input to computer with buffer follower.
  • Power supply to board: 7-12VDC with reverse voltage protection and each board has 5 VDC regulator IC, which can supply 5VDC, 500mA to other boards. Or can direct input with 5VDC without reverse voltage protection.
  • Power supply to step motor: 5 – 60VDC (MOV), separated from power supply to board. Direct drive to step motor with current limit by Resistance load. (Rload)
