Main Features
- Liner motor drive & space saving
The linear motor drive method, was developed and manufactured by Sodick. It has excellent speed, positioning accuracy and responsiveness, and moreover does not have mechanical contact, thus realizing good stability, maintainability and reliability over a long period. The service tank is located at the bottom of the machine, realizing extremely small installation dimensions.
- CNC power supply unit ”LN1”
This machine comes with a touch panel screen and also the CNC power supply unit "LN1" which places emphasis on intuitive operability. In addition, it incorporates LN assist which is based on Sodick's own vast range of machining conditions, permitting ease of operation even by a beginner.
- Arc-less machining & SVC circuit
The new "Arc-less" EDM stable machining system which gives full play to the high-speed performance of the machine and also the "SVC" circuit which can realize high-speed, high quality finished surfaces are standard fitment, enabling a wide range of machining needs to be met.
