เรื่อง เชิญชวนเข้าร่วมประกวดราคารับซื้อวัสดุใช้แล้ว

เพื่อให้ระบบการรับซื้อวัสดุใช้แล้วของบริษัท นิเด็ค อีเล็คโทรนิคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด,บริษัทนิเด็ค พรีซิชั่น (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด, บริษัทนิเด็ค ค็อมโปเน็นท์ เทคโนโลยี (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด และบริษัท นิเด็ค ได-คาสติ้ง(ประเทศไทย) จำกัด มีการดำเนินการที่ถูกต้องเหมาะสม และโปร่งใส จึงเห็นควรจัดให้มีการประกวดราคารับซื้อวัสดุใช้แล้ว โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้
1. ให้ผู้เสนอราคายื่นใบเสนอราคา ตามตารางรายการ และราคาที่บริษัทฯ จัดทำให้ ด้วยกระดาษหัวจดหมายของผู้เสนอราคา โดยมีกรรมการผู้มีอำนาจลงนาม และประทับตราพร้อมด้วยสำเนาหนังสือรับรองบริษัทฯ ไม่เกิน 3 เดือน สำเนาใบอนุญาตประกอบกิจการโรงงาน ใส่ซองปิดผนึก โดยให้ยื่นต่อแผนก BOI โรงงาน นิเด็คฯ รังสิต ภายในวันที่ 18 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 เวลา 10.00 น. ทั้งนี้ บริษัทฯ จะทำการเปิดซองใบเสนอราคาของผู้เสนอราคาทุกราย ในวันที่ 18 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 เวลา 10.00 น.
2. เงื่อนไขในการเสนอราคา
2.1 วัสดุที่ใช้แล้ว (รายละเอียดตามเอกสารแนบ)
2.2 ระยะเวลาในการรับซื้อ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 เมษายน 2569 ถึงวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2569
2.3 ให้เสนอราคารับซื้อเป็นการส่งออกภายใต้ BOI และราคาภายในประเทศ โดยเสนอราคาเป็นราคา Ex-work
2.4 ในส่วนของอลูมิเนียม ให้เสนอราคารับซื้อแยกต่างหาก โดยมีทั้งการส่งออกภายใต้ BOI และ Local ทั้งนี้ผู้เสนอราคาต้องเสนอราคารับซื้อให้ครบทุกบริษัทฯ
2.5 ชำระราคาวัสดุใช้แล้วไม่เกิน 7 วัน นับแต่วันที่ออกอินวอยซ์ขาย หรือวันที่ส่งออก
2.6 ต้องจัดหารถบรรทุก รถโฟล์คลิฟท์ และเครื่องชั่งน้ำหนัก เพื่อทำการรับวัสดุที่ใช้แล้วไปเก็บ และรอการจำหน่าย หรือส่งออก ทุกวันทำการของบริษัทฯ หรือตามที่บริษัทฯ เห็นสมควร
3. ผู้เสนอราคาที่ให้ราคาสูงสุด จะต้องผูกพันและเข้าทำสัญญากับบริษัทฯ มิฉะนั้นจะไม่สามารถเสนอราคาในครั้งต่อไปได้อีก ในการทำสัญญาจะมีวงเงินค้ำประกันสัญญาด้วย และมีหนังสือรับรองธนาคาร หรือแคชเชียร์เช็คให้เรียบร้อยก่อน จึงจะสามารถขนของได้

Subject: Invitation for bidding the purchase of Scraped materials

For the correctness, properness and transparency of the purchase of materials scraps of Nidec Electronics (Thailand) Co., Ltd, Nidec Precision (Thailand) Co., Ltd., Nidec Component Technology (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Nidec Die-casting (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. It is proper to have bidding for purchasing of materials scraps with the following details:
1. Bidders have to submit the bidding proposal, as the table of items and prices, made by the Company, on the letter with letter head of bidder with authorized director’s signature, including the Company’s Affidavit, not longer than 3 months, Factory Operation Permission License with seal envelop by submitting to BOI Section, Nidec Rangsit Factory within February 18, 2026 at 10.00 a.m. The Company will open the envelops of proposals of all bidders on February 18, 2026 at 10.00 a.m.
2. Conditions of bidding proposal:
2.1 Scrapped Materials (As attachment).
2.2 The period for purchasing from April 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026.
2.3 The purchase shall be by exporting under BOI and Local, the proposed price is Ex-work.
2.4 For Aluminum, the purchase shall be separated by both exporting under BOI and Local. All this, Bidders have to submit the bidding proposal for every company.
2.5 The payment of materials scraps must not be more than 7 days after the day of transporting out of the Company.
2.6 Must arrange truck, Forklift and Weight Scale to move the scraped materials to store and wait for export every working day of the Company or as the Company’s appropriation.
3. The bidder with highest price must abide by and enter into the Agreement with the Company, unless will not be able to join the next bidding. In making the Agreement, there will be guarantee money and the bank guarantee or cashier cheque must be already made before the transportation of the scraps.
