ประวัติบ้านอนุรักษ์สุนัขไทยหลังอานเชียงราย (ภาษาฝรั่งเศษ)
Le « chien thaïlandais à crête dorsale » est le chien national de la Thaïlande. Plusieurs inscriptions historiques attestent que les chiens thaïlandais à crête dorsale furent élevés et développés pour la beauté et l’intelligence sur un période de quelques siècles par les classes supérieures et l’aristocratie foncière.
Actuellement, l’élevage de races étrangères de chiens est populaire parmi les thaïs : il y a beaucoup moins de thaïs qui élèvent des chiens thaïlandais à crête dorsale. Pendant ce temps, l’élevage de chiens thaïlandais à crête dorsale est devenu plus populaire en Russie, en Allemagne et en Espagne.
En 2000, le capitaine de police PhansakKantisorn constata que l’élevage de chiens en Thaïlande n’était pas encore conforme aux normes comme prévu : par exemple, la saillie n’était pas encore systématisée, les éleveurs connaissaient encore trop peu de la nutrition, le système semblait encore ouvert, sans aucun contrôle sur la maladie, etc. Alors capitaine de police Phansak établit une ferme d’élevage de chiens au district de Mae Sai en province de Chiang Rai, Thaïlande afin d’augmenter le nombre de chiens thaïlandais à crête dorsale et les élever beaux, forts, sains et intelligents par un processus intelligent d’élevage et de gestion du régime alimentaire conformément aux normes internationales.
De nos jours, la ferme est acceptée par les étrangers comme par les thaïs. On peut dire qu’elle possède un style individuel de produire des chiens thaïlandais à crête dorsale de grande qualité conformément aux normes internationales – le seul endroit en Thaïlande.

The word ‘Thai Ridgeback’(or Thai Lang-An) refers to a dog breed that originated in Trat Province, Thailand. Currently, Thai Ridgeback is well-known worldwide a bout its beauty, magnificence, wisdom, and friendliness for hundred years. We have 400-year notebook that records about ‘Si Dang’, ‘Si Sawat’, ‘Si Kleeb-Bua’ and ‘Si Dum’ who were wise, smart and could protect their owners excellently. They liked to catch animals to give to their masters. They were more loyal than other dog breeds. At present, we still preserve the original features of them completely.

Our dog house is located in Mae Sai District, Chiang Rai Province, Thailand. The owner is Mrs. PorntipParimit and Police Captain PunsakKantasorn (the son of Mrs. Porntip). They started breeding Thai Ridgeback dogs since 2000.

The location of the dog house is clean and nearby rice fields so that it is no any air pollution from vehicles and industrial factories.

Herding dogs: we herd dogs naturally in every process. We feed dogs following local method and do not feed them with dry food. Mostly, nativepeople will cook their own foods to eat in their families and we will cook foods for our dogs simultaneously. We ensure that the quality of foods we do are better than dry food and can convey love to dogs much more.

Training dogs: In every day, we will train dogs to be able to respond to basic commands, such as stand close, sit, crouch, wait, etc. Then, we will massage dogs to relax them. These activities will help dogs and herdsmen happy together.

Breedingdogs: We will allow dogs to choose their lovers by themselves and enjoy each other naturally. When they are ready, they will breed naturally by themselves with no force or artificial insemination.

Number of dogs at the dog house: There are only nine dogs that are all good-looking. We carefully selected the best dogs we can and retain them for being breeders in particular.

Our way of life is a way of conservator who wishes to maintain Thai dog breeds for next generation. We are not merchants. We just do it for good lives, peace and simplicity to get slow lives and pride in ourselves. Most of all, we believe that we do not have to be rich if we are happy enough.

We share puppies by sending them from our dog house to customers’ houses directly. We have never given puppies to middlemen or any market due to they tend not to take care of puppies well. We will let puppies be in our dog house all the time to let them be closely with their mothers. Mother dogs will be able to take good care of their puppies. All puppies have a high immunity because they get milk from their mother dogs fully until weaned naturally. We guarantee to refund you or change puppy immediately if the puppy has a health problem within fifteen days of receiving the puppy. However, we have never found puppies with health problems for ten years.
